On Thursday, 5 February, the radio programme Pompidou on the Belgian radio station Klara featured a visit by Jeroen Laureyns — a respected Belgian art critic — to the exhibition Nous tournoyons dans la nuit, et nous voilà consumés par le feu (We wander through the night and are consumed by fire), presented within the historic setting of the Trésor de la Cathédrale de Liège. The show brings contemporary artistic practices into dialogue with the cathedral’s centuries-old treasures.
In his review for Pompidou, Laureyns spoke with great enthusiasm about the exhibition and offered particularly praise for the work of Roberta Gigante, focusing on her edition The Whisper of the Ear. Roberta Gigante, represented by our gallery, is among the 78 contemporary artists participating in this group exhibition.
