Léonard Pongo is participating in Un équilibre temporaire, a group exhibition at MACS – Musée des Arts Contemporains at Grand-Hornu, on view from 13 December 2026 to 7 March 2027.
Bringing together artists working within the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, the exhibition explores the notion of a fragile and unstable equilibrium in a world shaped by financial, political, environmental and technological crises. Taking a posthumanist perspective, it questions the central position of humanity and considers how we might imagine a world in which humans are part of a broader, interconnected and increasingly destabilised ecosystem.
The exhibition brings together works by Lara Gasparotto, Eva L’Hoest, Pierre Liebaert, Myrthe van der Mark, Xavier Mary, Julien Meert, Léonard Pongo, Yoel Pytowski, Stéphanie Roland, Maria Saygua André, Jonathan Sullam, Emmanuel Van der Auwera and Luca Vanello.
