We’re delighted to announce that Olivier Goethals’s striking, otherworldly drawings have been published in ALIEN, the Fall 2025 issue of rekto:versowith graphic design by Ine Meganck. His visuals open portals to realms both recognizable and alien — operating between cosmic immensity and microscopic precision, they evoke the threshold where the enigmatic takes form at the edge of perception.
On Monday 13 October 2025 at 19:30, Olivier Goethals will perform a live drawing session at the Armand Pien Public Observatory (Ghent). During the event, he will directly render his vision onto both the front and back covers of rekto:verso ALIEN. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to take away a free, personalized copy.
