NAP+ 2026: Trio presentation with Johan De Wilde, Peter Morrens and Ronald Noorman

At the art fair NAP+ in Amsterdam we bring together three artists whose practices approach time in radically different ways.
Johan De Wilde slows it down: in his layered works on paper, each line becomes a unit of time, accumulating gradually like sediment. Peter Morrens disrupts and accelerates it, revisiting earlier works and deliberately unsettling the chronology of his own oeuvre. Ronald Noorman occupies a third position. Working for decades around recurring motifs, he developed an oeuvre in which time is not slowed down or disrupted, but completed.
